When I was at school, we used to cover our exercise books with offcuts of wallpaper. Is that what you mean? _________________ MiS |

Which bit of Sarah is Aled covering? And - more importantly - why?
I demand the facts. |

I thought a sit-in was a means of protest! _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |

"Covering" in the world of breeding has a very different conotation... the mind boggles at the thought of MB covering JV _________________ MiS |

I must admit I prefer Bannister's handling of the lunchtime slot. At least he's not impatient with callers by so abruptly cutting them short when he wants to move on. That's one of Vine's traits that really annoys me. At least Bannister shows people a little more respect. |

Yes, I like Bannister. He doesn't do the "sepulchral tones" that JV launches into whenever the subject is a bit emotive, and he sounds a bit more "Telegraph" to JV's "Daily Mirror" if you know what I mean. _________________ Minx

Me too. I can hardly listen to JV any more, he's like a cat on hot bricks all the time and his attitude towards callers annoys me. Bannister is much more controlled and relaxed. |
