I might, but doubt it somehow. The last Bond film I saw on the big screen was back in the 80s I think!
It'll be on the tele soon. _________________ Johnnie Walker read out my message on Pirate Radio! 13/8/07

I'm not but my son and his wife are.
He's quite a film buff so I await his verdict with interest.

Looking at the trailers it doesn't look like the tongue in cheek of the past, just another dark US blow it up movie. |

I'm sure I'll be going along, to admire the lovely Mr Craig, but I don't really look forward to a cinema visit so much these days. Maybe I'm just getting older and grumpier, but cinemas seem to be full of people slurping, chewing, talking, texting and generally doing anything except WATCH THE BL**DY FILM !!!

I find it to be the opposite TH.
We generally tend to go to the pictures in the afternoon. It's a modern Multiplex in Norwich and it really is a quite superb experience, every bit as good as any Disney or US cinema I've been in.
Although normally pretty deserted anyway, we always pay the extra cash and sit in the Premier seats at the very back.
I've thoroughly enjoyed my recent trips to the Flicks. _________________ Johnnie Walker read out my message on Pirate Radio! 13/8/07

I watched the previous James Bond (was it Die Another Day or The World Is Not Enough?) in my local cinema, sadly since then this has been lost and the replacement is still a long way from even being started. Most of the surrounding towns are cinema-less too. So it looks like I will have to wait until it comes on the TV before seeing it. Something I read on an aviation E-group I belong to is that, in the new James Bond film, one of the scenes with an executive jet at an airport was filmed at Farnborough. _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |
