I personally don't think he should go to Olympics.. Even if he's done he's time it doesn't really give us a good impression. How does anyone know if he will win a medal? If he does go it will be a publicity stunt ,and the whole GB team will be set around just him. There are other benefits he could help one help kids towards 2012? Not represent us in China. |

Despite his past unacceptable demeanour his current indicates that he is in fact a great athlete.
If he can win something in China THEN maybe he can become a role model to benefit /encourage young athletes/kids "Play right and you can still be the best" etc etc |

If he was let back in, lifetime bans will have no meaning. Everybody will know that life doesn't mean life. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

I have to say I agree with this decision, he cheated. If he'd been allowed to go it would have made a mockery of the whole testing process
The fact that he is running so well at the moment and has still been prevented from competing because of his own foolish actions. Says more to young athletes than letting him run. _________________ Put some records on while I pour |

it's a good thing they haven't brought in a similar penalty for singers and musicians .... except in the case of Ami Winebottle. _________________ Johnnie Walker read out my message on Pirate Radio! 13/8/07

Other countries do not have lifetime bans, surely the BOA is shooting itself in the foot. _________________ Geddon
