What a difference they both make at breakfast times!
Aled Jones
This is how the Dawn Patrol should sound all the time. I really hope Aled Jones replaces Sarah Kennedy pronto.
Johnnie Walker
A total breath of fresh air! I love Johnnie's humour - he really is himself whenever he sits in for Wogan.
These guys deserve promotion to breakfast times! Sarah Kennedy and Terry Wogan should be put out to pasture!
p.s. Keep Richard Hammond away from the breakfast show. |

Sorry, Dean. I could not disagree more.
Aled should stick to Songs of praise and GMS
Johnnie has had to rely on playing decent music to keep me tuned in.

I doubt it. I know he's very religious and believes and I wouldn't stop him, but could he leave those behind whilst presenting the DP?
Johnnie Walker
A total breath of fresh air!
He is

Aled's not bad at all on Sarah Kennedys show. Although I don't get chance to hear the whole show these days. _________________ Put some records on while I pour |

Aled is a nice chap and good as a presenter on a Sunday morning but when he does the DP, some of his one liners delivered without feeling, make my teeth curl. .. e.g. this morning .... " It's Tuesday morning, it's great to be with you" Nobody says that in real life- not without a big splodge of vocal emphasis and feeling. When using the word "great" in that context on the radio..... think "Frosties" Valley boy! |

I overslept this am.......quite unusual for me.... realised that it was due to SK being off, so I was not roused to shout "Shut up you Whatever" |
