Heard Terry Wogan at work this morning. He was talking about the Christmas decorations in the studio and called them Minge-ing .. I presume he meant minging. Someone should tell hime what minge-ing means.

Eau Contraire Mark, I'd say minge-ing means sparse or mean.
We used to call tightwads "minge-gers" when we were kids.
Maybe it's an area thing.
