Maybe he thinks that if he plays it enough, people will end up loving it, just like they do the show.... _________________ Author: “To the Ends of the Earth: A Snapshot of Aviation in North-Eastern Siberia, Summer 1992”

Yeah, it's still going (although it is still Number 1 after 7 weeks!)
I notice he added the god-awful Timbaland record to his show today - no doubt he'll play that every day for 3 months or so now...
(and, erm, I quite like Sonny Jim - it's really grown on me. Sorry!) |

Oh no Ian, your Timbaland quote has filled me with dread.
I've got a feeling his new "Umberella" is going to be Mutya Buena or Avril Lavigne. |

There was some great variety on SW's show today as he played Sonny Jim before Umberella, the man is a true music variety star.
Maybe tomorrow it'll be Umberella first and then Sonny Jim, the amount of effort he puts in is PHENOMENAL. |

That was her last single. The current playlisted single is When You're Gone - and everyone's playing it! |

Well I'll be an unkey's moncle, just as I opened your message Ian, Terry Wogan started to play it!
Spooky or what?
Like it but preferred Girlfriend, but then again, I liked Skater Boy. |

So now Steve has discovered another rubbish record to impress the schoolkids with - the new one from Girls Aloud.
Boy, is it awful. Absolute drivel.
I don't know who the intended audience is but none of the 20-something women in my office liked it at all. |

So in addition to his brown-nosing, talking/singing over tracks, the Hemorrhoids, the (laughable) 'Big Quiz' and his sychophants, the music now sucks as well?
