Brian Darcy is settling down well as its presenter.
This week's selection of Charles Wesley's hymns was a humdinger.
But, as Roger Royle might have put it, why did they have 'the wrong tune' for All Praise to Our Redeeming Lord?

Not only that but before it Titchmarsh claimed he'd just played Leroy Anderson's 'Belle of the Ball' and it so wasn't! ... I should know, it's one of Baker's theme tunes! _________________ Who Can Take A Sunrise, Sprinkle It With Dew... |

That was the third from last track on Alan Titchmarsh, right after Old Tyme Dancing. I was listening to it.

That's right Helen. I actually really liked the piece he played... but it wasn't Belle of the Ball!
I'm now beginning to wonder if Titchmarsh just bowls up, records his links and they mix the music in around them after he's gone back to the allotment! I can't see how else such a cock-up could be made. _________________ Who Can Take A Sunrise, Sprinkle It With Dew... |

Hi Lady B
They sometimes seem to get the playlist wrong.
A few weeks back they only listed 6 or 7 pieces for the whole show and although they were the on the show, they were not those played at the start of the show. I emailed and asked for the rest (I was looking for a particular title) and a few days later they appeared. I'm not totally sure they were correct the second time either!
