Drinking three or more cups of tea a day is as good for you as drinking plenty of water and may even have extra health benefits, say researchers.

Eight pints of beer a day is good for you, providing you do it every day and don't allow yourself to fall into bad habits, but you must also keep up the intake of chocolate and chips..... _________________ Standing on Ray Moore's shoulders |

Black coffee with breakfast, black tea at work, a mixture at home after work (alternating, not in the same cup!).... _________________ Author: “To the Ends of the Earth: A Snapshot of Aviation in North-Eastern Siberia, Summer 1992”

My intake is about 5 or 6 half pint mugs of tea-minimal sugar/semi-skimmed milk- per day....
So why am I fat and knackered???
I should be an Adonis!!!!
Wait 'til I get hold of the Tetley Tea-Folk- flat cap wearing little gits!
And don't even start me on those "comedy" chimps....
"'Ere Dad, d'you know the piano's on my foot?"
Be on your head if I had my way!!!

Tea is wonderful..... I never refuse a cup of tea ..... easily have 10 cups a day.
best cup ever:- Great Grandma's Tea - 1978 : Ringtons Loose Tea :- proper milk ( from a bottle with the cream on top) and two sugars.....
Worst tea ever :- Vending Machine - Kings Cross Station- 1983 |
