I could not help but notice in the BFBS Radio 2 schedules for Easter Monday that Steve Wright is presenting a 2 hour programme on the life and times of the singer/song writer Billy Joel.
I sincerely hope this is just a one off. |

They both have a history with BFBS:

Perhaps in answer to another question of yours, Steve Wright & richard Allinson could co-host a show. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

Can we persuade the MoD to let SW do a live programme from the 'Stan? _________________ Author: “To the Ends of the Earth: A Snapshot of Aviation in North-Eastern Siberia, Summer 1992”

Maybe they are really good friends. He does cover for him on the odd occasion. Or he's moving his afternoon show to BFBS Unless he's jealous Richard is on BFBS and he needs his ego increased |

Don't wish your Bank Holidays away, we don't get enough.
R2 could make it a bit more exciting though couldn't they than the regular standins, Dermot and JV prattling on.
Good to see that Paul O'grady is live though, as he thanked Elaine Paige for coming in on her holiday |

In my world the words Steve Wright and fun don't go in the same sentance. |

Try this sentence then. "Wouldn't it be fun if Steve Wright got larangitis". See you can put the words "fun" and "Steve Wright" in the same sentence. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |
