New series of Jonathan's TV show last night, so do we get...
New titles?.... No
New music?..... Nada
Well, there must be a new set surely? ........ Take a wild guess!
Jesus! Talk about stale. Even the Radio Times has picked up on this woeful lack of updating. Let me spell it out for you!! The kitch retro lava lamp thing went out in about 1999.
I've come to the conclusion the person responsible for budget on this show is also the same person who has left the Radio 2 News and Travel jingles unchanged for TEN YEARS!
Do yourselves a favour BBC. Deduct a couple of grand from Ross's mega-bucks salary and spend it on the product? Ditto R2. _________________ Who Can Take A Sunrise, Sprinkle It With Dew... |

Simply a rubbish show with a VERY AVERAGE presenter/host.
This guy is paid about £18 million a year is he not-it's a joke at our expense.
Get rid of. |

I don't like the fellow particularly but surely the set is not Jonathan's responsibility is it? or is it? |

Oh aye, it's about time for an update. Even Andy Davies admitted he doesn't watch it.
But it's still getting high ratings, so (in a break from usual BBC policy) why fix something that ain't broke? |

I've stopped watching the "Look and listen to me for the entire show and let's not ask any interesting probing questions to guests, but ask them if they shave their pubes when I feel I've spoken for a while and want then to jump in which is really rare" show!
And I've gone off the Saturday show - let's get my mates in and slag people off and be shockingly rude to show I'm still hip!
The show was great at one time but nowadays seems to be Gervais in every other week and trying to shock the audience. Purile, Jonathan. Sorry _________________ Some say he once threw a microwave oven at a tramp and that all his potted plants are called 'Steve'.....all we know is, he's called 'The Stig!'. |

As I think I've mentioned before, the only vehicle I can stomach Ross in is his "Film 2007" programme, and only then because I'm more interested in the subject matter. _________________ Author: “To the Ends of the Earth: A Snapshot of Aviation in North-Eastern Siberia, Summer 1992”

And he's rubbish on that too! How many films go past without you knowing what he actually really thinks of them? And it's well known that he doesn't watch them all anyway. |

Doesn't he run the show under his own production company and the BBC commission it? Maybe the rebranding is down to his company? |

And guess what? Star guest on next week's show is 'my old mate Wicky Gervais' - like he's not on it every 'kin week anyway!!
To think Danny Baker After All only lasted one series....I know it was the most blatant rip-off of the (over-rated) Letterman show ever attempted, but at least it had Barry Bethell on it...... _________________ "....you're wearing a plywood bow tie with Dundee United on it?" |
