May I nominate the great John Dunn?
A friend of mine met him whilst at broadcasting house and he was a true gent, allowing them to sit with the producer and watch John present the show whilst all the time taking the time to ensure that they were looked after and enjoying their stay.
I have many happy memories of listening to his evening show when should have been doing my homework... |

My allegiance to Ray Moore remains but John Dunn was certainly one of the best after him. Who else but these two, during their tenure of Breakfast Special, could have sent me out with a smile on my face to a job I disliked?

Ray Moore and John Dunn.
Never had the pleasure of meeting either of them but listening to them suggests that both were professionals right to their fingertips, without doubt two of the very best presenters ever to grace a radio network.

If memory serves, both Ray Moore and John Dunn are on OUR Hall of Fame.

I used to really like John Dunn. Very informed interviewer especially on scientific subjects (which is unusual). _________________ Over the hill they came....the greatest Army in the World.....The Tartan Army |
