Just listening to the hand over between Terry and Mark this morning and Terry is off for a few weeks now and Mark said ''he will be off from Radio 2 for a few week as well''. So it sounds like he will be back covering again soon!! Must be playing a big part in front of the mic and behind the scenes at the network now, as he's the producer of Johnnie Walkers show and wise buddah his media company produces other shows for the network.
It's nice that Lesley has listened to us over the last few years. |

Hi Mark.
No problem with MG just hope that when Steve W is off thar Richard covers his shows.
Last time Richard was on 2-5 it was great.
How many other presenters could do 9-11 followed by 2-5 for a full week? _________________ The Voice of reason in a MAD MAD world |

Mark Goodier's increase in R2 involvement is probably the result of his having given up the Classic FM Chart Show, which will no doubt have freed up some of his time.

Has he?
Mike, I reckon Richard might be busy with his other radio shows, as mentioned on here he's given up his Sunday Oxford show, they think who wrote it? |

Mark...just out of interest did Richard actually want to give up Sundays as he has done that show since Jan 2006.
The new show on Saturdays is only 2-3 months old.
I would have thought the Sat one would have gone as the Sunday 9-12 show has bedded in nicely.
Then again its nobodies business but theres i suppose.
Has he e mailed you recently with any ideas as to why the Sunday show has gone? _________________ The Voice of reason in a MAD MAD world |

A little less of Mark Goodier might ne a good idea unless he can think of something to say when he is on the radio. I thought he struggled to say anything interesting during the Wogan handovers last week. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |
