Good show! Graham Gouldman is a star for composing hits for the Yardbirds and the Hollies as well as being in 10cc.
Ron Sexsmith is not familiar to me musically, but I'd say he's a Canadian equivalent to Richard Hawley with a look of Move-era Bev Bevan crossed with John C. Reilly (Roxie Hart's husband in 'Chicago' and Dewey Cox in 'Walk Hard').
I loved Sexsmith's comment about 'Mr. Bubbles' aka Michael Buble - a nice little earner for him, but he's probably reduced Sexsmith's song to innocuous muzak to be played on Real Radio every bloody Sunday!
Fran Healy of Travis another local radio favourite - 'Why Does It Always Rain On Me' should be the ringtone for a certain arts organisation in Headingley! _________________ We are loonies and we are proud!
