I managed to listen to an entire Wogan show this morning for the first time in ages, dunno whether it's just me but I found it all a wee bit flat. It might have something to do with Fran being on travel duty this week coz she's never been much of a foil for the comedy unlike Boggy or Deadly.
The music's still fine but I think the old boy's really missing someone to bounce off throughout the show. |

I liked the banter at 9.30 with Ken. Mentioning how they never moan about people. Steve Wright was mentioned. The most talked about person on the message boards. |

Unfortunately I have to agree with you about Wogan. I thought it was just me, but he's been flat for a couple of weeks now.
Hope it picks up!

I didn't hear it this morning, but I think he's been fantastic this year. A real vibrancy about him, and a great sense of camaraderie with his fellow presenters (including Aled) - he even turned up on Ken's show last week and I thought he usually darts out the door as soon as he's done. |

I think he has been fantastic this year as well. Back to the heydays almost. Like he was on some new pills in fact! _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

Yes, I also have to agree, at least about this morning's programme. His rapport with Fran can be funny (especially the exploits of her and her 'tradesmen') but today's wasn't too good. Last week was okay with Deadly but I'm still looking forward to next week when Boggy returns - and not just for the J&J stories. _________________ Author: “To the Ends of the Earth: A Snapshot of Aviation in North-Eastern Siberia, Summer 1992”

If he put his mind to it, we could have a truly fab and groovy number 1 in the charts.
I'm thinking Liggy Do Liggy Day, Swedish Eurovision winner in 85 ish |

I don't mind TW - especially when he has a giggling fit and wheezes like an old stoke
He's sort of taken over where the queen mum left off. Cop him a set of green teeth and a lilac hat, hey presto! _________________ Eternal nothingness is fine if you happen to be dressed for it. |

Old Tezza needs to go out to the retirement home for old DJs with Alex Lester and Ken Bruce.
More Russell Brand and Johnathan Ross please, but get rid of Dermot, he has no personality, especially on that lottery show. He has no rapport with the contestants.
And can we have more webcams please _________________ Yours Sincerely

I agree about Dermot, but he's better on TV than theee wireless.
Webcams? Keep an eye on the thread about webcams and we will post as many pictures of them as we can.. |

I think Tel has been sounding really good since the new year but he did sound ever so slightly flat today. I guess everyone has their off days
Looking forward to Boggy next week, I will make the most of him as he is due to retire this year. |

I think that applies to most of Lesley Douglas' more recent signings! |
