The good news, of course, is that a certain Mr. Evans is nowhere to be seen (will he be in the pub with his mate D. Baker?). Good line-up! |

I disagree. It's an irritation-free, loudmouth-free and silly-games-free zone, that's for sure! |

You forgot Lorraine Kelly at 10pm just when you thought The Arts show couldn't get worse. |

It should be heaven for anybody whose idea of excitement is to listen to 15 hours of DJs reading out texts of what other sad people are doing on Good Friday. Enjoy! _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

It's certainly heaven to listen to presenters who don't talk (or even shout) AT me all the time and who don't play competely childish games with people who are stupid enough to phone in and participate. So, any presenter who doesn't behave in a completely banal and childish manner is OK by me.
RA at 5.00pm on Good Friday? Yep, I'm OK with that. Sensible choice, Mr. Controller. |

I most certainly have. I think Zoe's actually a good presenter when working on R2 (her musical knowledge is very good) and Mel Sykes is just...er... sexy. And they're a helluva lot more bearable than the insufferable Evans, to my ears anyhow. |

'Lorraine Kelly at 10pm'... Anyone remember Ronni Ancona's send up of her on the Alastair McGowan TV show? viz:
'Welcome back. Or if you've just tuned in, you've missed...nothing!' |

Colby - maybe a fair point about Zoe Ball, but Mel Sykes being 'sexy' ain't much use on radio is it?

She was pretty good last night. Certainly a lot less irritating than Claudia Winkleman. |

Why not? She has a sexy voice! That's enough for radio listeners isn't it?
