Just listening to Chris on DT - and I heard a first ever for Chris on DT- a network exclusive! Chris was less than positive about someone- that someone being John McCririck. I couldn't agree more. I wouldn't have him on my show ( if I had one) either. |

Ah! So that's who it was. I just caught the end of it, heard him being critical and wondered who he was talking about. For once I find myself in accord with the Happy Pappy. _________________ Minx

I guess the feeling is probably mutual. If I were J. McCririck and I had a radio show I wouldn't want Evans on it either! |

If J McCririck had a radio show he probably wouldn't want anybody else on it anyway! _________________ Minx

J McCririck sometimes is heard on Jeremy Vines show. He does have an independent view of things, but never agrees with anyone. Actually I like his way and doesn't take any prisons. Shame we don't have many people like him. |

That's a relief. We don't have enough prisons as it is. _________________ Minx

He's a patronising, right-wing, bigot. Such a shame that our society doesn't have many more patronising, right-wing, bigots, that's what I say.

How true. And, anyway, where we he take them? Or - more to the point - how would he take them? They're big things, I'm led to believe. |

What surprised me was that, I’ve not previously, when listening to any of his radio or TV shows, heard Chris be anything other than positive about the people he mentions. It occurred to me that perhaps Chris was being as positive as is possible to be, towards the truly hideous creature that manifests itself in the form of John McCririck. I wouldn’t just cross the road to avoid him, I’d move house.
More like him Mark? …. Oh yummy! |
