I heard the first half. Will have to catch up on 'listen again. I heard him play one track twice, one by Jack ohnson wasn't it? Bringing back memories of when he did the same to U2's 'Vertigo' on Drivetime a few years ago when that was a brand new release! _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |

It was a Teddy Thompson track.
Funny you mention the 'Vertigo' story - I remember listening to someone playing it twice on Radio 2 and being impressed simply by the fact they played it twice but my memory has it down as being Ken Bruce. I could easily be wrong?

I didn't listen to the whole show
But i love stories of the old days on radio, like when Elvis' "Mystery Train" or "Blue Moon Of Kentucky" came out, & the dj kept playing it over & over! |

Of course, Steve Wright still plays the odd song twice...
...but never knowingly
