|
|
I e-mailed Chris Evans last week and asked if he could play the track Alan Titchmarsh played a few weeks back by Stanley Holloway "My Word You Do Look Queer".
Guess what? He said NO!
Clearly, Chris prefers to play normal music!
I wonder track to choose instead? |

Tsk! You have to phone in for a request. All e-mail requests are denied! |

I e-mailed Chris (last Monday, I think) massaging his ego. I have received a reply saying that the track isn't on the playlist. And yeah, you're right - you do have to phone in!
Maybe I should try that instead and put him on the spot? |

Listening to Radio 2 between 2.00 and 7.00pm is something I have not done for a very long time, I am rather pleased to say. _________________ ONline, ONdigital and ONtherocks: BBC Radio 2. Eleanor Rigby, wearing the face that she keeps in a jar by the door. |

I would like to see Chris Evans being given every Friday off.
Instead on Friday's bring in Richard Allinson to present the Friday request show. |

Personally, I think Danny Baker should host Drivetime (move Chris Evans to the 2.00 - 5.00pm slot). I know for a fact that Baker would have played that Stanley Holloway track! |

Is Danny Baker the bald old git pictured in your signature? _________________ ONline, ONdigital and ONtherocks: BBC Radio 2. Eleanor Rigby, wearing the face that she keeps in a jar by the door. |
