Very sad news.
I loved his shows and was always hoping he would end up on Radio 2 someday.
RIP Kevin

Very unexpected news. He was very good at compering the Sony Radio awards last year. It will be a big loss to Smooth radio. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

I only ever heard him on the Sony Radio awards so can't say much apart from any early death is very sad.

What can I say. I listened to him on Radio One and Smooth Radio London. Only received an email from him on the 21st Dec after sending one to wish him a happy festive time, which was nice, and now not so nice to hear this sad news. He was a talented broadcaster.
God bless and my condolences are with his family and friends and all those who have worked with him. |

Nice tribute given by Richard Allinson today to Kevin Greening immediately following the 8am news this morning. |

Sorry to hear this, I used to listen to him when he was on Radio 1 with Zoe Ball more years ago than I care to remember.
Great broadcaster with a good sense of humour, he'll be missed by many I'm sure. |

Well it clearly states it is not a murder enquiry but reading between the lines it does suggest this person perhaps supplied drugs which caused his premature death.
Though doing this is clearly wrong Kevin was a adult and he could have just said no. He paid the biggest price for not doing so, I'm not saying for one moment it was his own fault, I think it's a very sad situation |

Cocaine and people with heart problems are a lethal mix. Very sad if he went that way. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

Could be a case of manslaughter, eh? |

They apparently arrested the man at the scene of the death. It was probably Iain Smith in his Grim Reaper costume... |

Whatever caused Kevin's death aside, I'd just like to say what a sad loss this is.
One of the last of the "nice guys" in broadcasting- very witty, knew his music and always professional.

And it appeared in a rag that, given the choice of giving their front page to coverage of a tactical nuke going off in Hyde park or a member of Girls Aloud flashing their gusset getting out of a cab, would go with the gusset shot 10 times out of 10. |

I wonder if Kevin was on Iain's poll?
Sad news about Kevin's death. I've read the above artical from The Sun and I'm stunned by it. If what The Sun says is true then I am surprised at Kevin. He didn't seem that sort of guy to me. |

as long as what he was doing is legal who are we to judge (..Nice to see the Sun being typically sensitive to Kevins friends and family etc though..
actually come to think of it the drugs were actually illegal,if he took them,so DON'T DO IT KIDS! |

I wouldn't have posted anything until it's all made clear. Whether the sun or whoever wrote it. |
