I'm listening a couple of rooms away and yes, it's a good show ( apart from "Wonderful World" playing right now... yawn.)
Is it me or does Bob sound a lot like Johnnie Walker? I haven't heard him for a long while or maybe it's because I'm listening from afar! _________________ Johnnie Walker read out my message on Pirate Radio! 13/8/07
I have heard how radio should be. |

I missed that Arcader, don't know how as I have been listening since he started at 4, I will catch it on listen again later. It's a great show anyway.

Missed the first hour of Bob on Drivetime. I hope they hurry up & get it on 'listen again'. Did anyone hear Mark Lamarr's Christmas show? This place got a mention on there too! _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |

A damn good reason to use the Listen Again feature (as if one needed any prompting with most of the scheduled shows this week.) |

Well its the right show for the week thats in it, but it would be a bit slow & languid for a normal working week IMHO. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

IMHO this is exactly what a 'Drivetime' show should be like all the time! _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |

Well I dont see the point in using one show to knock another, so I wont bother going down this route any further, only to say that Bob has always struck me as more of a late night jock more suited to winding down. Unless you want to be in bed by seven every week night I cant see that working too well.
The holidays are different of course, as we should in theory be chilled out all the time. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

Which is certainly what I would want to drive home to after a hard day's graft. _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |

Ernie, sorry but I must disagree, it was just a top presenter playing excellent music with the emphassis on the music and the listener. The guests were interviewed in a relaxed style that was much to my liking, as was the whole show.

Well I'm not even disagreeing with you. I enjoy Bob at this time of year. Just not sure i want him all year, but since that isnt going to happen I'm not unhappy at all! _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

It's good ernie that we can agree on how good the show was tonite, no doubt we we will agree to disagree about the rest of the year. Which reminds me ernie, a very Happy & Prosperous New Year to you and yours.
