How lovely it is to listen to someone interviewing their guests with genuine interest and enlightenment, as opposed to DOL's fawning, and CE's one-upmanship shouting. And he'll be interviewing James Taylor next week - the only interview JT is giving this tour. Guess he (JT) must recognise the master at work.

So right Minx, Johnnie's show today was superb, IMHO.

I has a double dose of Johnnie today as I found a minidisc of his first show after he came back from his illness. I'm sure I've not played it since it was made and it was dated 1st March 2004 but it was fanastic to hear Johnnie and Sally laughing and having a dance together.....
His guest was someone from CBS records. It reminded me of what is missing from the evening now.

Hi H
I'll have to get some copies of those shows from you!
We're going to see James Taylor in 4 weeks time at the City Hall - so I'm really looking forward to both the interview and the show!
