Point taken Mark and I tend to agree
I'm reminded of the guy - I've forgotten his name - who got around six years for defrauding an insurance company by faking his own death when most offenders only get around three years for the offence of Causing Death by Dangerous Driving

As my long-suffering other half can attest, I grumble weekly when the local paper's court reports reflect how much more seriously motoring offences have been dealt with than cases of assault or theft. |
