I have to say i am a bit sad about this.When i was a kid and i watched Corrie with mum and dad Betty was always my fav,never seemed to have a major role but always there _________________ I found out how you can hurt an insect.It's the bees knees |

I thought she played the part of Betty in Coronation Street so well
Perhaps that may have been because she had worked behind a bar in Derbyshire in her earlier life

A sad loss.
She used to shop in my local M&S and saw her last in wheelchair, probably around Christmas last year.
