Has anyone else been watching this serialised version of the Dickens novel on BBC1? It was a bit of a slow starter but it's really picked up now.
There are some great actors in it, Namley Tom Courtenay, and Alun Armstrong, the latter plays two characters one of which has just been bumped off.
I've read a few Dickens works but not this one, I do not know anything about the story but I'm enjoying it. |

Hope you enjoy Toggy. I was forced to read all of Dickens "Major" works in English at Secondary school, as well as Jane Austen. Result - never read them again and certainly won't watch on T.V.
I won't spoil the ending of LD for you |
