I've been in and out of the country recently and only caught a few references to this topic. Something about him touring and doing a one man show on stage. Can anyone fill in any details on this and what it's all about? Is he just talking, or does he have guest performers or what? Grateful for any details. |

This site gives you the dates he is doing, Minx.
I saw him in Durham on Wednesday night. He does a chat about his life - and then does a Q&A session with questions from the audience.
It was a lovely night - he was happy and relaxed and never stopped smiling.
I was lucky enough to speak to him afterwards and get my copy of his book signed |

Thanks for the link, Red Baron and the info. I see he's coming to Peterborough early November but we're off again before the end of the month. Shame, I'd have loved to see that.
I was reading his book in WH Smith's today (cheap skate!) and thought how natural and straightforward he sounded, especially the bit about LD giving him the elbow.
I suppose he must have taken quite a big drop in income after that, moving from 10 hours a week to 2, with the occasional stand in for Tel. Well, maybe not so occasional! |

What a shame he doesn't seem to be in my area. I'd have made the effort. Maybe he'll come down my way one day. _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |

JW is an absolute legend.
I would enjoy seeing his show but don't think he is coming to a town near me anytime soon. |
