Carrie Underwood was superb! After her, a few dodgy moments, but Tina Turner is turning out better than expected, doing the old CCR thing "Proud Mary".
Nice arrangement!
Looking forward to seeing Amy Winehouse later |

I didn't watch any of the Grammys but did find it amusing that Tina Turner duetted with Beyonce - as the latter seems to have nicked Tina's dance style!
(However, the fact that Beyonce's album - which is curently going for £4 in Wigan record shops - won best album undermines my belief in the Grammy voting process) |

Apparently one of Amy Winehouse's awards was for 'Best Newcomer'. I thought she was pretty well established as an artist about 5 years ago. Back To Black is her second album following Frank Isn't it? _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |

I thought Amy was superb. Good to see her back.
Newcomer? Maybe to the US market? |
