East Coast Mainline is up for grabs. It's been in public ownership for a few years. New measures are in place for the bidding since the Virgin fiasco. Transport secretary says it's got a potential. Should Virgin bid or someone else?

I'd like to see Virgin running it but I think bearing in mind the tender process one has at least to consider bids from other organisations
It doesn't follow necessarily that they're all as bad as First Group _________________ Are you ready for a Ruddles? |
