I heard this programme by chance while listening in the car. I found it very funny with a lot of "laugh out louds".
Ronnie Corbett plays a grandfather who has a lodger played by Lisa Tarbuck. His children and grandchildren apparently regularly make use of his good nature and he is always finding himself caught up unwittingly in complicated situations. One of his problems tonight was being asked to look after a present destined for his son-in-law - a clock which plays a Ken Dodd song on the hour.
It is the creation of the writers who wrote "Sorry" for Corbett. Tonight was the fifth episode in the second series and I must try to catch up with the ones I've missed. |
