Think I have sold my house! Sign of the times, my house is small, in a large plot in rural East Sussex, Purchaser is a person retiring from a huge place in Surrey wants to downsize, went through all the searches etc 8 months ago. His buyer pulled out and has taken him this long to find another.
Sign of the times, if I had sold a few years ago my place wold have gone in weeks rather than months. |
